Khatwat Islah is the precast concrete division of Khatwat Group, with its office in Dhahrat Laban, Riyadh. It produces precast road and utility products such as jersey barriers, manhole chambers, culverts, curbstones, pole foundations and wheel stoppers for highway, airport, industrial and infrastructure projects. The site names NEOM, Qiddiya and the Red Sea Project among its clients.
