Qassim Cement Company is a Saudi joint stock company based in Buraidah, set up by Royal Decree in 1976, that makes and sells cement. It produces ordinary Portland, pozzolana, sulphate resistant and finishing cement, with a stated capacity of 4 million tonnes a year, and acquired Hail Cement Company in 2024.
