Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Corporabia at corporabia.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and businesses that submit or manage listings on the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Corporabia is a bilingual (English and Arabic) online B2B directory that allows businesses operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to create and manage public listings, and allows buyers, procurement professionals, and the general public to discover and contact those businesses. The Platform assigns each listed company a unique internal directory code (SAU-ENT) and each registered user a unique identifier (SAU-UID) for reference and tracking purposes. The Platform does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction between users and listed businesses.
3. Account Registration
To submit or manage a listing, you must register for a company account using a valid email address and password. Your email address must be verified before you can submit listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to represent the business you are listing. By registering, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
The Platform uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that account registrations and listing submissions are made by real users. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of this verification mechanism.
4. Listing Submissions and Edits
When you submit a business listing, you grant Corporabia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the content of that listing on the Platform and in associated promotional materials. You retain ownership of your content but are solely responsible for its accuracy and legality.
All new listings are subject to review and approval before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates our Listing Guidelines, Moderation Policy, or these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Once a listing is approved, you may edit most fields (such as description, contact details, tags, and address) directly through your account dashboard, and those changes take effect immediately. However, changes to your company name (English or Arabic) and Commercial Registration (CR) number require admin review before they are applied, as these fields define your company's legal identity in the directory.
5. Claiming an Existing Listing
If your business is already listed on the Platform but you did not create the listing, you may submit a claim request from the company profile page. Claim requests are reviewed by our moderation team. If approved, the listing will be linked to your account and you will be able to manage it. If rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason. Submitting a fraudulent claim — including claiming a business you do not represent — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
- Impersonate another business, person, or entity.
- Submit listings for businesses that do not operate in Saudi Arabia or that are not legally registered.
- Submit fraudulent claim requests for businesses you do not represent.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent moderation decisions or listing limits.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform that is not user-submitted — including the design, layout, logos, software, directory codes (SAU-ENT, SAU-UID), and editorial content — is the intellectual property of Corporabia and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.
8. Notifications
The Platform sends in-app notifications and transactional emails to keep you informed about your account and listings. These include email verification, password reset, listing approval or rejection, claim request outcomes, and edit request decisions. By registering an account, you consent to receiving these communications. You may not opt out of transactional notifications that are essential to the operation of your account.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user-submitted content. Corporabia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your reliance on any listing or information found on it.
We do not endorse any business listed on the Platform. The "Verified" and "Featured" badges indicate that a business has met certain criteria as described in our Moderation Policy, but they do not constitute a guarantee of the quality, reliability, or legality of the business or its products and services. Any transaction, communication, or relationship you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected] or through the Contact page.
